libgeographiclib-dev software package provides A C++ library to solve some geodesic problems -- development files, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgeographiclib-dev
libgeographiclib-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgeographiclib-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgeographiclib-dev *
You will get with libgeographiclib-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
